Raspberry Fool And Strawberries
|Strawberries||1 Pound, halved (500 gram)|
|Raspberries||8 Ounce (250 gram)|
|Icing sugar||3 Tablespoon, sifted|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
|Strawberry leaves||4 (for decoration)|
1. Place the strawberries in 6 individual dishes.
2. Rub the raspberries through a nylon sieve, then mix in the icing sugar. Whisk into the cream, then spoon over the strawberries. Chill for at least 20 minutes
