Chilled Raspberry Dessert
|Red raspberry gelatin||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Boiling water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ice cubes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Frozen raspberries||10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)|
Pour gelatin into blender; add water.
Cover and blend 2 minutes to dissolve gelatin.
Remove cap from blender top; add ice cubes one at a time.
Blend 1 minute.
Reserve enough raspberries to garnish top; spoon remaining raspberries into 6 sherbet dishes.
