|Unsweetened raspberries||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Fresh/Frozen)|
|Low calorie raspberry syrup||6 Teaspoon|
|Sparkling water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Divide cracked ice and raspberries equally among four glasses.
Add one lemon slice, 1 1/2 tsp (21 mL) raspberry syrup, and 1/2 cup (125 mL) sparkling water to each glass.
