Ingredients
  Cracked ice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Unsweetened raspberries 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Fresh/Frozen)
  Lemon slices 4
  Low calorie raspberry syrup 6 Teaspoon
  Sparkling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Divide cracked ice and raspberries equally among four glasses.
Add one lemon slice, 1 1/2 tsp (21 mL) raspberry syrup, and 1/2 cup (125 mL) sparkling water to each glass.
