|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , well beaten|
|Coconut||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Melted butter||2 Tablespoon (Should Be The Size Of Small Egg)|
Mix and spread on pan about 9"x9".
Spread with thin layer raspberry jam.
Spread the following on top of jam.
Bake at 350° F. until done, about 25 minutes.
