Sweet Topped Raspberries

  Finely shredded orange peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Orange juice 2 Tablespoon
  Raspberries/Blueberries/sliced strawberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Thawed frozen non dairy whipped dessert topping 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Vanilla low fat yogurt 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)

In a medium bowl stir together orange peel and orange juice.
Add raspberries; toss to coat.
For topping, in a small bowl stir together dessert topping and yogurt.
Divide raspberry mixture among 4 dessert dishes.
Spoon some of the topping over each serving.
Sprinkle with additional finely shredded orange peel, if desired.
