Sweet Topped Raspberries
|Finely shredded orange peel||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Orange juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Raspberries/Blueberries/sliced strawberries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Thawed frozen non dairy whipped dessert topping||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Vanilla low fat yogurt||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
In a medium bowl stir together orange peel and orange juice.
Add raspberries; toss to coat.
For topping, in a small bowl stir together dessert topping and yogurt.
Divide raspberry mixture among 4 dessert dishes.
Spoon some of the topping over each serving.
Sprinkle with additional finely shredded orange peel, if desired.
