Raspberry Sponge Mold
|Raspberries||10 Ounce (1 Packet, Frozen / 1 Can)|
|Eating apples||3 Large (Good Sized)|
Drain away surplus juice from canned raspberries; keep this to add to jellies or fruit drinks.
Line the sides and bottom of a mould with sliced sponge cake.
Keep some for the top.
Peel and grate the apples, mix the raspberries and a very little sugar if wished.
Pack into the sponge lined mould and cover with more sponge cake.
Put a saucer or small plate on top and a weight and leave overnight.
Top with remaining fruit.
This is excellent served with ice cream.
