Raspberry Sponge Mold

Raspberry Sponge Mould has a fine taste. Raspberry Sponge Mould gets its taste from apples and raspberries. Raspberry Sponge Mould is like by many around the world.
Ingredients
  Raspberries 10 Ounce (1 Packet, Frozen / 1 Can)
  Eating apples 3 Large (Good Sized)
  Sponge cake 6
  Sugar To Taste
Directions

Drain away surplus juice from canned raspberries; keep this to add to jellies or fruit drinks.
Line the sides and bottom of a mould with sliced sponge cake.
Keep some for the top.
Peel and grate the apples, mix the raspberries and a very little sugar if wished.
Pack into the sponge lined mould and cover with more sponge cake.
Put a saucer or small plate on top and a weight and leave overnight.
Top with remaining fruit.
This is excellent served with ice cream.
