|Watermelon||1⁄2 , cut lengthwise|
|Mini chocolate chips||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Raspberry sherbet||1⁄2 Gallon|
Scoop out contents of watermelon. (Reserve for another use.)
Drain the shell upside down; pat often with paper towels.
Freeze shell 1 hour.
Combine chips and sherbet.
Chips will resemble seeds.
Spoon into watermelon shell; freeze until solid.
When ready to serve, cut into slices with sharp knife.
Each serving will look like a real slice of watermelon.
