Spicy Raisin Tarts

Ingredients
  Seedless raisins 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cider 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped california walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Unbaked tart shells 6
Directions

Cook raisins in cider till plump, about 10 minutes.
Combine sugar, cornstarch, and spices; stir in' a little of hot cider; add to remaining hot mixture.
Cook and stir till thick, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in nuts and butter.
Fill shells.
Bake in hot oven (400°) 20 to 25 minutes.
