Raisin Filled Cookies

Ingredients
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sour milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Cream 3 Tablespoon, add beaten egg powder
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Corn starch 1 Tablespoon
  Ground raisins 1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cream fat, add beaten eggs and the remaining ingredients.
Add enough flour to roll.
For the Filling: Cook all the filling ingredients slowly for 10 minutes.
Line a baking pan with a thin piece of dough.
Bake in moderate oven.
Cut in squares.
