  Brandy 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Benedictine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Bitters 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Peychaud's)
Directions

Put all the ingredients in a pan on the stove and bring to a boil (not a rolling boil).
Simmer, covered, for 2 hours.
