Savory Raisin Baste

Ingredients
  Raisins 125 Gram, minced (1/4 pound)
  Onion 1 Medium, minced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Tomato ketchup 2 Tablespoon
  White wine 2 Tablespoon
  White vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon (firmly packed)
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a pan, bring to the boil and simmer for 12-15 minutes.
Brush generously on meats, fish or poultry.
This baste becomes a crusty, sweet and sour glaze during cooking.
