Apricots Baked With Raisins

Ingredients
  Dried apricots 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry sherry/Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Combine dried apricots and raisins with water and sugar in 1 1/2-quart glass casserole or bowl. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 10 to 12 minutes. Let stand, covered, 30 minutes to absorb liquid. Blend in sherry and lemon
