Smothered Rabbit

Ingredients
  Rabbit 1
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut rabbit into small pieces, season with salt & paprika; coat with flour.
Place rabbit & butter into skillet; saute until brown.
Lay onions over rabbit, season with salt; pour sour cream in.
Cover & let simmer for about 1 hours.
Serve.
