Ingredients
  Rabbit 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Turnips 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Dry white wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lea & perrins worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Louisiana hot sauce To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Dried parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Teaspoon, chopped
Directions

Put all ingredients together and cook on low heat covered for several hours.
Serve over rice.
