|Rabbits||2 1⁄2 Pound (2 Rabbits, 1 1/4 Pound Each)|
|Fat/Salad oil||6 Tablespoon|
|Hot water||4 Tablespoon|
Have rabbits drawn, cleaned and cut up for frying.
Combine flour, salt, and pepper.
Dredge rabbit pieces with this mixture until well-coated.
Then brown on all sides in the fat in a covered skillet.
When well-browned sprinkle with the hot water.
Cover and simmer over low heat for 45 min or until rabbit is tender.
