Charcoal Broiled Rabbit

Ingredients
  Salad oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Celery seed 1 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh thyme/1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Rabbit 2 1⁄2 Pound, cut in serving-size pieces
Directions

Mix together salad oil, celery seed, paprika, thyme, salt, garlic salt, and lemon juice.
Pour over rabbit pieces and allow to marinate at least 1 hour.
Slowly broil meat over charcoal about 30 minutes, or until tender.
Turn frequently and baste often with remaining marinade.
