Ingredients
  Rabbit 1
  Rice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
  Sliced onions 2
  Bouillon 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Tomato puree 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Wipe dressed rabbit with damp cloth and cut in pieces.
Boil, wash and drain rice; melt butter, add rice and onions and toss in hot fat.
Add rabbit and cook a few minutes more, stirring constantly.
Add bouillon, tomato and seasonings.
Cover and cook slowly 30 to 40 minutes.
