Best Shrimp Rabbit
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Accent seasoning||1 Teaspoon|
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cooked cleaned shrimp||1 Pound|
Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.
Blend in flour, dry mustard and Accent.
Gradually stir in milk.
Add Worcestershire sauce.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
Add cheese; stir until melted.
Add shrimp; heat.
Keep warm in chafing dish or warmer.
