Cheesy Shrimp Rabbit

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 5 Tablespoon
  French bread slice 5
  Cheddar cheese 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White pepper 1 Dash
  Instant minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Dairy sour cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Minced pimiento 1 Teaspoon
  Peeled and deveined shrimp 6 Ounce, cooked (2 Cups)
  Minced parsley/Parsley flakes 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Spread butter on both sides of bread; broil until both sides are crisp and golden brown or, pan fry bread in butter until lightly browned.
Combine soup, milk, pepper, onion, sour cream, and pimiento.
Stir to a smooth consistency.
Add shrimp; heat slowly to just below simmering.
