Cheesy Shrimp Rabbit
|French bread slice||5|
|Cheddar cheese||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|White pepper||1 Dash|
|Instant minced onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Dairy sour cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Minced pimiento||1 Teaspoon|
|Peeled and deveined shrimp||6 Ounce, cooked (2 Cups)|
|Minced parsley/Parsley flakes||2 Teaspoon|
Spread butter on both sides of bread; broil until both sides are crisp and golden brown or, pan fry bread in butter until lightly browned.
Combine soup, milk, pepper, onion, sour cream, and pimiento.
Stir to a smooth consistency.
Add shrimp; heat slowly to just below simmering.
