Artichoke Quiche

Artichoke quiche, a baked artichoke recipe from the French cuisine consist of baking artichoke hearts, Swiss cheese , cooked bacon, nutmeg in a quiche pan in pie shells. The pierced pie shells are first baked at about 400 degree centigrade. The artichoke mixture is filled into the pie and the recipe baked further till the center hardens. Artichoke quiche is a fondly eaten fare in France.
