Sausage And Onion Quiche

Ingredients
  Sausage meat 1⁄2 Pound
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Onions 5 Medium, chopped
  Eggs 3
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Pint
  Dijon mustard/1/4 teaspoon dry mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Swiss cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  9 inch pie shell 1 , baked
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a heavy skillet, cook sausage meat while continually crumbling with a fork.
Remove sausage meat and drain well.
Add butter to sausage fat in skillet; saute onions until golden.
Remove onions with a slotted spoon and drain.
Cover pie shell with sausage meat and onions.
In a bowl whisk together eggs, cream, mustard and seasonings.
Stir in cheese.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
