Seafood Quiche

Ingredients
  Unbaked pie shell 1 (9 Inch)
  Bacon slices 3
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Eggs 3
  Cereal cream 1 Cup (16 tbs) (And A Bit Of)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Swiss cheese 1⁄4 Pound, grated
  Crabmeat 6 Ounce, thawed (1 Package, Frozen Or Canned)
Directions

In a skillet, saute and onion until cooked.
Transfer to a large bowl and gently beat in the eggs, cream and seasonings.
Stir in Swiss cheese and crabmeat.
Pour into uncooked pie shell.
Bake at 450°F for 12 minutes, lower heat and bake at 325° F for 35 minutes.
To double prepare the filling 11/2 times only.
