|Unbaked pie shell||1 (9 Inch)|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Cereal cream||1 Cup (16 tbs) (And A Bit Of)|
|Cayenne pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Swiss cheese||1⁄4 Pound, grated|
|Crabmeat||6 Ounce, thawed (1 Package, Frozen Or Canned)|
In a skillet, saute and onion until cooked.
Transfer to a large bowl and gently beat in the eggs, cream and seasonings.
Stir in Swiss cheese and crabmeat.
Pour into uncooked pie shell.
Bake at 450Â°F for 12 minutes, lower heat and bake at 325Â° F for 35 minutes.
To double prepare the filling 11/2 times only.
