Individual Ham Quiches
|Canned sliced mushrooms||4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Thinly sliced scallions||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Melted butter||2 Tablespoon|
|5 inch pastry shells||4 (Unbaked)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Chopped cooked ham||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|White pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Plain yogurt||8 Ounce (1 Container)|
|Eggs||4 , well beaten|
Preheat oven to 400Â°.
Saute mushrooms and scallions in butter until tender; drain.
Spoon into pastry shells; top with cheese and ham.
Combine salt, pepper, paprika, yogurt and eggs in a bowl; beat until smooth.
Pour mixture over cheese and ham.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until custard is set and knife inserted into center comes out clean.
Note: May be made in 2 x 3-inch tart shells.
