Quiche

A delicious and versatile quiche... just add in your favorite ingredients!
Ingredients
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 3 Medium, slightly beaten
  Chopped broccoli 10 Ounce, cooked, drained
  Sliced mushrooms 4 Ounce, drained (1 can)
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Unbaked pie shell 6 Ounce
Directions

GETTING READY:
1)Cook the broccoli florets and drain it and set it aside.
2)Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

MAKING:
3)In a mixing bowl, toss together shredded cheddar cheese and flour.
4)Add milk, eggs, pepper, broccoli and mushrooms and mix well. Pour into pie shell.
5)Bake for 50 - 60 minutes or until it sets up.

TIP:
Half-way through the baking, cover the rim of the crust with aluminium foil to keep the edges from burning.
Can be made into other variations instead of broccoli and mushrooms.

wow...never tried making a quiche before but since u do like super easy recipe.. i decided 2 take a peek at this... and hey! I can make this... seems much like a pie... though it is Italian isn't it Amy?

Hi Tanya! Thank you for watching and commenting! I hope you can try this recipe. A quiche can be quite easy to make, especially if you use an unbaked pie shell from the store. This recipe is very versatile too as you can add any of your favorite ingredients! I made one with pizza ingredients.... Hey Tanya, quiche is not an Italian recipe, it's a French specialization...you can have varieties of quiches in your menu :))

Hi Amy, The first thing 'd like to compliment you on, is that beautiful smile on your face when you cook ! Also, in your trail shots you laugh so much and that's what I love about you. I think you should laugh like that in your final recordings also. :):D Being a food psychologist I can say that food when prepared in such a jovial mood, is bound to be a big hit !
