A delicious and versatile quiche... just add in your favorite ingredients!
Shredded cheddar cheese
1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
1 Cup (16 tbs)
3 Medium, slightly beaten
10 Ounce, cooked, drained
4 Ounce, drained (1 can)
Unbaked pie shell
1)Cook the broccoli florets and drain it and set it aside.
2)Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
3)In a mixing bowl, toss together shredded cheddar cheese and flour.
4)Add milk, eggs, pepper, broccoli and mushrooms and mix well. Pour into pie shell.
5)Bake for 50 - 60 minutes or until it sets up.
Half-way through the baking, cover the rim of the crust with aluminium foil to keep the edges from burning.
Can be made into other variations instead of broccoli and mushrooms.
