Asparagus and Bacon Quiche

Quiche is a French dish that is made in an oven. It has eggs, milk or cream. Some of its ingredients are meat, vegetables and cheese. Quiche is a versatile dish that can be served for lunch, dinner or breakfast.
  Asparagus 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Swiss cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mushrooms 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Bacon 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole eggs 2
  Egg whites 2
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg 1 Pinch

1. Saute onions until golden brown.
2. Add bacon and saute.
3. Add asparagus cook until soft.
4. Now add mushrooms and tomatoes.
5. Beat eggs and milk, nutmeg and flour.
6. Add sauteed vegetables to the egg mixture.
7. Pour this mixture into crust.
8. Bake the quiche at 325 F for 35-45 minutes.
