Ingredients
  Shortcrust pastry 6 Ounce, made (Made With 6 Ounce Flour, Etc)
  Shelled shrimp/Shelled prawns 4 Ounce
  Egg 1
  Thin cream 4 Ounce (4 Ounce Carton)
  Cheddar cheese 1 Ounce, finely grated
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Use the pastry to line 12 individual patty tins.
Bake 'blind' at 400°F, Gas Mark 6 for 7 minutes.
Remove the paper and baking beans, or foil.
Divide the shrimps or prawns between the pastry cases.
Blend together the remaining ingredients and spoon into the cases.
Bake at 350°F, Gas Mark 4 for about 20 minutes or until the filling is pale golden and lightly set.
