|Shelled shrimp/Shelled prawns||4 Ounce|
|Thin cream||4 Ounce (4 Ounce Carton)|
|Cheddar cheese||1 Ounce, finely grated|
Use the pastry to line 12 individual patty tins.
Bake 'blind' at 400Â°F, Gas Mark 6 for 7 minutes.
Remove the paper and baking beans, or foil.
Divide the shrimps or prawns between the pastry cases.
Blend together the remaining ingredients and spoon into the cases.
Bake at 350Â°F, Gas Mark 4 for about 20 minutes or until the filling is pale golden and lightly set.
