Bacon And Mushroom Quiche

The bacon and mushroom quiche is a microwaved quiche. Prepaerd with bacon, mushrooms and cooked with a layer of half and half and egg mix, the bacon and mushroom quiche is cooked in a pie shell and served hot.
Ingredients
  9 inch microwaved pie shell 1
  Bacon slices 10
  Shredded swiss cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Mushroom stems and pieces 4 Ounce, drained
  Half and half/Evaporated milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Chopped chives 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Prepare and microwave pie shell.
Layer 1/3 of the bacon between paper towels in baking dish.
Repeat 2 times.
Microwave until crisp, 7 to 9 minutes; cool slightly.
Crumble bacon into pie shell.
Top with cheese and mushrooms.
Microwave half and half in 4 cup glass measure until hot, 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
Beat in salt, pepper and eggs; pour over cheese in pie shell.
Sprinkle with chives.
Microwave uncovered 4 minutes; turn pie plate onequarter turn.
Microwave until center is just about set, 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 minutes.
Let stand a few minutes before cutting.
