|Capsicums||100 Gram, finely chopped|
|Processed cheese||100 Gram, grated|
Mash the softened butter, till smooth.
Add the eggs and beat well 3.Sieve the flour and add to the mixture.
Knead into a dough.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Then knead again.
Divide the dough into 2 portions and roll out each portion, on a lightly floured surface, into a circle.
Line a tart dish with the pastry, pressing well to seal the sides.
Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
Press the pastry down again to bring it up from the sides.
