|Nonfat dry milk solids||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated swiss cheese||1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)|
|Lean prosciutto/Other thinly sliced smoked ham||1 Ounce|
Beat eggs until light and stir in water, milk solids, salt, nutmeg, cheese, and ham.
Turn into a lightly buttered 9 inch pie pan.
Dot with butter.
Bake in a 350Â° oven for 35 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
Cut in wedges.
