Shrimp And Asparagus Quiche

Ingredients
  Baked quiche shell 1
  Cooked shrimp/6.5 ounces canned shrimp drained 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Asparagus 8 Ounce, drained and cut in 1-inch lengths
  Egg 1
  Evaporated milk/Light cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1 Pinch
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

Flake shrimp and mix with asparagus.
Spread over bottom of baked quiche shell.
Beat egg lightly with wire whip.
Stir in evaporated milk, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Microwave 6 to 7 minutes on '6', or 7 to 8 minutes 30 seconds on '5'.
