|Chopped broccoli||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Low fat cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Hot sauce||2 Drop|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned whole kernel corn||8 3⁄4 Ounce|
|Shredded swiss cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Place broccoli in a small saucepan; add a small amount of water.
Bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
Drain thorooughly; place broccoli on paper towels, and squeeze until barely moist.
Set broccoli aside.
Combine cottage cheese, eggs, flour, salt, pepper, and hot sauce in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth.
Combine egg mixture, broccoli, onion, corn, and cheese in a large bowl.
Pour into a 9-inch quiche dish or pieplate coated with cooking spray.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted off-center comes our clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Cut into wedges, and serve warm.
