|Cauliflower flowerets||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Line a 10-inch quiche dish with pastry; trim excess pastry around edges.
Prick bottom and sides of pastry with a fork; bake at 425° for 5 minutes.
Cook next 4 ingredients in boiling salted water to cover 5 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain well.
Layer ham and vegetables in pastry shell; sprinkle with cheese.
Combine eggs, milk, and salt; beat well.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes or until set.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Garnish with cauliflower and parsley.
