Crustless Spinach Quiche
|Onion||1 Large, chopped|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Frozen chopped spinach||10 Ounce, thawed and pressed dry|
|Eggs||5 , beaten|
|Muenster cheese||12 Ounce, shredded (3 Cup)|
Saute onion in oil in a large skillet until tender.
Add spinach, and cook until excess moisture evaporates; cool.
Combine eggs, cheese, salt, and pepper; stir into spinach mixture.
Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until set.
