Crustless Spinach Quiche

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Frozen chopped spinach 10 Ounce, thawed and pressed dry
  Eggs 5 , beaten
  Muenster cheese 12 Ounce, shredded (3 Cup)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Saute onion in oil in a large skillet until tender.
Add spinach, and cook until excess moisture evaporates; cool.
Combine eggs, cheese, salt, and pepper; stir into spinach mixture.
Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until set.
