Petite Crab Quiches
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce|
|Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Parmesan cheese||1 Teaspoon|
|Crab meat||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Soften cream cheese and margarine; add flour.
Chill for 1 hour.
Shape into twenty-four 1-inch balls.
Press into small muffin tins.
Bake for 5 minutes in 350- degree oven.
Combine egg, cream, Parmesan cheese, crab meat and salt.
Pour mixture into muffin tins.
Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees; bake for 15 minutes longer.
