|Shredded swiss cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Diced cooked ham||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||24 Ounce|
|Cream of leek soup||3 1⁄2 Ounce|
Roll out pastry to make two 9-inch pie shells; mix cheese with flour.
Sprinkle half the mixture into pie shells; top with ham.
Combine eggs with 2/3 cup water and milk.
Add soup mix; blend well.
Pour soup mixture over ham and cheese.
Sprinkle with remain- ing cheese mixture.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25 min- utes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
