Crab Meat Quiche

Ingredients
  Unbaked pie shell 8 Inch
  Eggs 2
  Cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Grated gruyere cheese 3 Ounce
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Canned crab meat 6 Ounce, flaked
Directions

Prick bottom and sides of pie shell; bake for 10 min- utes at 450 degrees.
Beat eggs with cream, mono- sodium glutamate, salt and cayenne pepper.
Com- bine cheeses, flour and crab meat.
Sprinkle over pie shell; pour cream mixture over top.
Bake at 325 de; grees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
