Cheddar Quiche Supreme
|Sifted flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Half and half||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sharp cheese||8 Ounce|
|Hot sauce||3 Drop|
|Diced cooked ham||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Sift flour and 1 /4 teaspoon salt; cut in butter.
Stir in Cheddar cheese.
Add half and half; stir until dough holds together.
Roll on lightly floured board; fit into large pie pan.
Fold and flute edge to make standing rim.
Combine remaining salt and next seven ingredi- ents; mix well.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350 de- grees for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Garnish with parsley and pimento strips.
