Classic Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients
  Bacon 7 Pound
  Swiss cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Unbaked pie shell 1 (10 inch)
  Eggs 4
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Half and half 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Place bacon and cheese in pie shell.
Mix remaining ingredients well; pour over bacon and cheese.
Bake in 375-degree oven for 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
