Seafood Quiche In Deep Dish 9 Inch Pastry

Ingredients
  9 inch deep dish pastry shell 1 (Frozen)
  Shrimp/Crab - 1 pack (6 ounce) cut into small pieces 1⁄2 Pound, peeled, cooked
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3
  Canned evaporated milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Corn starch 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dried dill weed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Swiss cheese 8 Ounce, shredded (1 pack)
  Green onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced including the top
  Paprika To Taste
  Lemon wedges 4
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Allow the pasty shell to thaw
2) Preheat the oven to 375 F

MAKING
3) Into a bowl, add the lemon juice and toss the cooked shrimp into it
4) Into another bowl, crack the eggs and beat well
5) Add in half the cornstarch, salt, dill weed and the pepper and mix till smooth
6) Into the pastry shell, layer in half the cheese, half the green onion and the shrimp
7) Top again with remaining cheese and green onion
8) Pour in the egg mixture over the cheese and sprinkle in paprika
9) Bake for 45 minutes till center is soft
10) Cool onto a wire rack

SERVING
11) Using a sharp knife, cut into wedges
12) Serve the wedges with some tomato sauce
