|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped broccoli||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Organic mayonnaise||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Organic milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Organic shredded cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|

|Black pepper||To Taste|
|9 inch frozen pie crust||1|
-Fry mushrooms and onions in olive oil.
-Meanwhile whisk in a bowl,eggs,mayonnaise,milk,cheese,sea salt and black pepper.
-Add cooked vegetables to egg mixture, pour into pie crust.
-Bake in a 375 degree oven 40 to 45 minutes.
-Place on wire rack...let stand 10-15 minutes before serving.
