Crustless Quiche

Ingredients
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
  Zucchini 1 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 5 Small
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sea salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs), cubed
  Cream cheese 4 Ounce, cut into cubes
  Cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a frying pan, saute the mushrooms, zucchini, garlic in 2 tablespoons of oil for about 5 minutes till soft
2) Into a bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, and salt
3) Add in the cheeses and then tip in the cubed breadcrumbs
4) Pour into an oiled 9 inch pie dish
5) Bake the quiche at 350 F for 45 minutes
6) Allow to cool for 5 minutes

SERVING
7) Cut into wedges and serve warm
