Broccoli Quiche

Ingredients
  Broccoli 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Steamed)
  Mushrooms 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Sauteed)
  Swiss cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Egg 4
  Cream 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Honey 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Make the quiche pastry and line a 9 inch pie dish
2) Add in the cheese, onion,,, broccoli, mushroom into the pie crust
3) Whip the eggs using a fork and add the cayenne pepper, honey and salt
4) Pour atop the cheese and onion mixture
5) Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 425 F
6) Once baked allow the quiche to rest for 10 minutes

SERVING
7) Serve warm
