Double Cheese And Ham Quiche Filling

Ingredients
  Ham 6 Ounce
  Swiss cheese 1⁄2 Pound
  Light cream 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit.

MAKING
2 Bake the pie shell in the oven for 5 minutes.
3 Transfer to a rack.
4 In the meantime, In the food processor using shredding disk, chop the ham. Make about 1 cup.
5 On the bottom of the cooled pastry shell, spread the ham.
6 In the food processor, chop the cheese as well and sprinkle over ham.
7 Fit the food processor with a steel blade and add cream, salt and eggs.
8 Blend for about 3 seconds, until the mixture is smooth not frothy.
9 In the pie shell, pour the egg mixture.
10 Bake for about 40 - 45 minutes or until top is golden and center is firm when pressed with fingertip.
11 Transfer to a wire rack and let cool for 10 minutes.

SERVING
12 Remove the sides from the pan and place on a serving plate.
