|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Fleischmann's margarine||1 Teaspoon|
|Frozen chopped spinach||10 Ounce, thawed and well drained (1 Package)|
|9 inch pastry crust||1 , unbaked|
|Egg beaters||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Skim milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Dried basil leaves||1 Teaspoon|
|Liquid hot pepper seasoning||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
In medium nonstick skillet, over medium-high heat, saute onion and garlic in margarine until tender; add spinach.
Spoon into bottom of pie crust; set aside.
In small bowl, combine Egg Beaters, milk, flour, basil and liquid hot pepper seasoning; pour evenly over spinach mixture.
Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
