Spinach Quiche

Ingredients
  Eggs 4
  Cooked rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Grated cheese 3 Ounce
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cooked spinach 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Milk 6 Tablespoon
  Sliced mushrooms 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Beat 2 eggs, add rice, half of grated cheese and salt.
Mix well.
Press into pie plate.
Beat the remaining eggs.
Stir in spinach, mushrooms, milk and cheese.
Pour over rice.
Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
