Crab Quiche With Swiss Cheese

Ingredients
  Lobster 6 Ounce, frozen
  Frozen crab/Lobster 6 Ounce
  Sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Half and half 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Instant minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Eggs 4 , beaten
  Swiss cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs), grated
  9 inch baked pastry crust 1
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Thaw frozen crab or lobster on Low for 2-1/2 minutes.
2. Let it stand for few minutes.
3. Drain.
4. Add 1 tablespoon sherry to crab or lobster and set aside for marinating.
5. Separate 1/4 cup cheese for topping.
6. Sprinkle 1 ¾ cheese over the baked crust.
7. In a 4-cup glass measuring cup, heat the half and half, butter, onion, salt and pepper on High for 3 minutes.
8. Slowly add half and half mixture to beaten eggs.

MAKING
9. To the baked crust, add marinated crab or lobster.
10. Pour in the cream-and-egg mixture.
11. Top with remaining ¼ cheese and 1 tablespoon sherry.
12. Raise shelf.
13. Cook on Low for 10 minutes; turn plate twice.
14. Brown for 4 to 5 minutes.

SERVING
15. Serve hot
