Crustless Quiche Lorraine
|Bacon slices||1⁄2 Pound, crumbled (Cooked, 9 To 10 Slices)|
|Swiss cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced|
|Evaporated milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cayenne pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
1) In a 9-inch glass pie plate, sprinkle the bacon, cheese and onion.
2) In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs, milk and seasonings with a rotary beater, blend well and pour over the bacon mixture.
3) Cook in the microwave for 8 to 10 minutes, then allow to stand for 2 minutes.
4) Serve immediately on individual serving plates.
