Ain't No Quiche

Ingredients
  Eggs 8 , beaten
  Dry white wine 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Cheese 4 Cup (64 tbs), grated
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Louisiana hot sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Pie shell 2 , cooked
  Onion/Bacon / mushrooms / pepperoni / vegetables 1
  Herbs and spices 1 Teaspoon (Different Variety For Flavor)
Directions

Cool pie shells.
Put a layer of grated cheese on bottom of the shells; put your onions and mushrooms or bacon and onions on top; put in the dry herbs.
Put on more cheese to fill.
Beat eggs, wine, soy sauce, and hot sauce together and pour on top of cheese mixture to fill-not too full, though.
This makes two pie shells full.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until firm and golden brown.
