Ain't No Quiche
|Eggs||8 , beaten|
|Dry white wine||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Cheese||4 Cup (64 tbs), grated|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Louisiana hot sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Pie shell||2 , cooked|
|Onion/Bacon / mushrooms / pepperoni / vegetables||1|
|Herbs and spices||1 Teaspoon (Different Variety For Flavor)|
Cool pie shells.
Put a layer of grated cheese on bottom of the shells; put your onions and mushrooms or bacon and onions on top; put in the dry herbs.
Put on more cheese to fill.
Beat eggs, wine, soy sauce, and hot sauce together and pour on top of cheese mixture to fill-not too full, though.
This makes two pie shells full.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until firm and golden brown.
