Mushroom Quiche

Ingredients
  Pastry shell 1
  Mushrooms 12 Ounce, sliced
  Butter 1 Ounce
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion soup mix/1 small onion, chopped 2 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon (Leveled), chopped
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cooking sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Cream 10 Ounce
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Mild cheese 2 Ounce (Gruyere Cheese)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to moderate temperature before baking.

MAKING
2) In a closed pan, heat fat and gently sauté mushrooms, onion or soup mix, ginger and sherry for about 10 minutes.
3) Let cool and mix in cream, eggs, salt and pepper.
4) Pour the mixture into prepared pastry case and cover with grated cheese on top.
5) Bake for about 30 minutes on top shelf of the preheated oven.

SERVING
6) Serve hot.
