Gall's Spinach Mushroom and Cream Cheese Quiche

Ingredients
  Chopped mushrooms 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Cream cheese 18 Ounce
  Eggs 2
  Frozen chopped spinach 10 Ounce, cooked and drained.
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Onion salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Frozen deep dish pie crust 1
Directions

Saute mushrooms in margarine.
Combine softened cream cheese and eggs, mixing until well blended.
Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
Add mushrooms and pour over crust.
Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until set.
